Reverend Harry E. Smith’s ministerial experience has placed him in key leadership roles in faith-based, community-based, and educationally centered institutions. His background holds an interesting blend of church leadership and management experiences.

After graduation from the District of Columbia Public Schools, Reverend Smith enrolled in the then Clark College in Atlanta, Georgia, where he majored in English. Later he transferred and received Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of District of Columbia. In 1982, Reverend Smith became a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
